Ramesh is a seasoned healthcare technology leader and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience driving innovation in health information technology, telemedicine, and data interoperability. As the Founder and CEO,Ramesh is dedicated to transforming senior care through scalable, AI-driven solutions that improve access, quality, and personalization.
Previously serving as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at major healthcare organizations, Ramesh has spearheaded the development of secure, cloud-based health data platforms and telemedicine solutions. During his time at Teladoc, he helped design and scale virtual care platforms, making healthcare more accessible and affordable. His expertise in interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, and TEFCA has enabled organizations to seamlessly share critical patient data, enhancing care coordination and clinical outcomes.
Ramesh played a pivotal role in projects like the CMS STAR HIE initiative, improving COVID-19 vaccine data reporting and public health readiness. He has served on key committees, including the Direct Trust Standards Division and SHIN-NY’s Policy and Technology Committees, helping shape industry-wide policies for data sharing and patient safety.
His work has been recognized by leading healthcare publications, including Health Data Management and Business Wire, for driving advancements in health information exchanges (HIEs) and achieving certifications like HITRUST and EHNAC.

Ted Kremer has extensive experience in the field of health informatics, covering diverse areas such as managed care, consumer-directed healthcare, clinical trial management systems, and health information exchange (HIE). He is nationally recognized for his contributions to medical informatics and HIE and has held key leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Executive Director.
Ted earned his Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy from Yale University and has actively engaged in both federal and state health policy initiatives. His involvement in these collaborations has played a pivotal role in shaping policy guidance on data governance and patient privacy within interconnected healthcare systems.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Ted enjoys boating, hiking with his dogs, and hybridizing flowers, having released hundreds of new varieties into the world.

Tarun Kothari graduated from Gwalior Medical School, India, he began his private practice in Gastroenterology in 1979 and retired in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the part-time Medical Director of Rochester RHIO, a health information exchange company. In 2018, he joined the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in Rochester, NY, as a GI physician, where he continues to provide endoscopy, hepatology, and gastrointestinal care to veterans.
Throughout his career, Dr. Kothari has earned numerous accolades, including the Physician of the Year Award from Unity Hospital and the Edward Mott Moore Award, the highest honor from the medical society. Unity Hospital's Endoscopy Unit has been named in honor of him and his wife. He has also received service awards from various community organizations.
Beyond his medical contributions, Dr. Kothari is an accomplished writer, having published three books of poetry and short stories. He has also been actively involved in theater, playing significant roles in Kalidas plays at the India Community Center in Rochester, NY, including “What’s in the Name,” “India Day,” “My Giddy Aunt,” “Fleming,” and “Dance Like a Man.”
